Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Pop or Love account from the mobile app. You do not need to sign in here to read these steps.
Before you delete
- Deleting your account removes access to it. Depending on our product rules, you may not be able to sign in again with the same credentials.
- If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel any active subscriptions there. We do not process in-app purchase refunds on this page.
- We may keep certain information where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
How to delete in the mobile app
- Open the Pop or Love app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. If your app uses different menu names, open the screen where you manage your account and choose the option to delete or close your account.
- Confirm deletion when the app asks you to.
The flow is the same on iOS and Android unless your build uses different menu names. If the wording on your device differs, follow what you see on screen.
Download the app
If you do not have the app installed, get it from your store:
